The hotel offers a nice size, clean, tidy, and modern room, but lacks Tea and Coffee Making facilities and a Sofa. Despite the minor inconvenience of staff sometimes shouting out instead of waiting, the room was absolutely lovely. The service is extremely efficient and helpful, with attentive housekeeping and spotless cleaning. The location is amazing, with convenient stops just outside and close proximity to the strip. The dining experience provides a delicious variety of freshly cooked meals. Overall, a great stay with some minor room amenities missing.

My birthday was made even more special when I returned to my room after a day by the pool to find a bottle of fizz on ice from the hotel, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, and I will be returning again. The room was okay, which was a nice surprise, but I might consider trying another hotel with a slightly better location next time.

The service was exceptional, especially Nancy who our grandson got along with really well. The whole team was really good, and the chocolates around the pool were a lovely touch. The night-time barman was very attentive and good with the kids, constantly on the move.

The location is brilliant, close to the main strip and the beach but far enough away from the noise. Easy access to the bus station for airport transfers and the nearby beach was not crowded. However, there were some noise issues with early risers in the concrete passage.

The dining experience was great with every possible option on offer, and the staff were friendly and exceeded all expectations. However, there was a slight downside with limited tandoori dishes.
